The struggle is real. I don’t believe any church will even address openly to its congregation about the different types of resources a Christian can seek mental health support from. The least I can do is share with you what has been working for me. In no particular order, here are the tools I have been using for the past 5 years or so that has helped me stay sane on this narrow path. This post may contain affiliate links.

  • Valley Vegas  — Recorded services and worship from my church in Las Vegas. The lead Pastor is Jim Crews.

  • HealthUnlockedVarious communities/forums for mental health support. *The only policy in Terms of Use about religion is found under Acceptable Use – Contributions most not: “Promote any discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.”

  • Got Questions? — This ministry has over 5K of the most frequently asked questions about the Bible. Questions are organized by topic.
