Ok, listen to me…have you ever wondered why no matter how much you exercise or how well you try to eat healthy, the extra baggage just won’t leave your poor body alone? I
think believe most diets out there are actually making it more difficult for you keep it off for good. Why? A LOT OF THEM DO NOT PUT HORMONES INTO PERSPECTIVE. One diet might not work for another person. Males and females are so biologically different. And to narrow it down even more, the differences of one female’s makeup from another makes them even more intricately unique.
I’ve actually lost more than 10 pounds since December, but I began my count down the start of 2018, and exactly a month later, I’ve lost an even 10! I created something. Something that could work for every woman. Well maybe not all, but possibly all menstruating women who struggle with weight. I focus on balancing hormones by balancing nutrients. And I am losing weight. My sister also lost weight. Even my mom, who is menopausal tried my diet for 1 month and she lost weight….yet not as significantly as me and my sister’s results. But I know I’ve hit something big and it could change the way many women diet. I just need more guinea pigs. But anyway, great year so far. I thought I’d share my month-long journey into weight loss…….
